Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club Bathroom Remodel

A 22-year-old house looks more like the comfortable villa it’s supposed to be after a luxurious transformation of its master bathroom. From basic to extraordinary, the master bath in this home in Sarasota’s Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club now has a more natural and contemporary look thanks to the Cabex remodeling team. After all, bringing nature inside has been a big trend this year. Let’s look at the space’s transformation.

The homeowners wanted to pretty much stay in the same basic footprint. There is, however, one major change. A rarely used bathtub was removed completely.

The space it left beneath the window became more walking room in the otherwise small bathroom. This gave us the opportunity to elongate the vanity along the wall and to add a sitting area with an LED mirror, perfect for applying makeup or fixing hair.

The custom cabinets have grooming organizer pullouts that sit beneath a quartz countertop with a beveled edge. If you look closely, you can see a thin brown veining on the white quartz. The custom cabinets have grooming organizer pullouts that sit beneath a quartz countertop with a beveled edge. The real nature-inspired piece is the shower. The shower walls are made up of Stratus Oro Natural tiles. A mosaic pattern of the same tile makes up the niche and the floor and is completed with a corner shower seat and linear drain.

The homeowners we worked with here were repeat clients. In 2016, we worked with them on remodeling their master bath in their previous home in Lakeshore Village. We were thrilled to be working with Michael and Sue again. Once we were finished with their newest remodel, they sent us a really nice message!
