Having done several different remodeling over the years in Sarasota, I have yet to come across a home improvement company as professional as this company. The whole staff/owner should be very proud of the way they conduct business, a true refreshment when there are so many “bad” remodeling companies out there. If quality of work using outstanding professionals and subs is important to you, then Cabex is the company. Every aspect of the job was superbly accomplished to our exacting satisfaction. Our on-site supervisor made sure that the work stayed on schedule and was done to his, and our, specifications. The job site was routinely cleaned after each day of work, and the rest of our home was given excellent protection from dust, etc. Cabex may not be your “low cost remodeler”, but in our opinion, they are well worth a few extra dollars to make sure you have a lifetime of enjoyment with your remodeling. I would conclude with this: oftentimes a dispute over workmanship or other quality issues arises with the remodel, but this is not the case with Cabex as they quickly move on any issues and insure that any subs they use get the job done right!

When my husband and I first visited Cabex, the designer we worked with was absolutely wonderful. He took our thoughts and ideas and guided us through a process that could have been overwhelming. Due to his expertise, the process was surprisingly easy. Once work actually began, we were continually impressed with our Project Manager, Kyle. He made sure our home was protected from dust and dirt by providing an impressive tent-like structure. The work progressed steadily and every single team member was so very polite and showed true craftsmanship in everything they did. Kyle perfectly orchestrated everyone else’s work and also had a lot of hands-on involvement. Kyle demanded perfection of himself and everyone else. As a result, we have an “extraordinary” new master bathroom and closet. Thank you to everyone on the Cabex team and especially to their leader, Joe, and our Project Manager, Kyle.

Excellent experience. The team did a great job on our master bath remodel. We have done several remodel efforts over 20 years in many places. This was the best remodel experience we had. It was the least stressful and best planned remodel. While there will always be issues and surprises in a remodel, the upfront work put into purchasing all the necessary items to planning out the schedule helped make all these little surprises manageable. The project manager coordinated all aspects of the project flawlessly in spite of the pandemic issues. Their tradesmen were exceptionally skilled at anything they were required to do.
