We’re in Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club upgrading an entire home. The upgrade includes the kitchen, the master suite with the master bath, and the guest bath on the other side of the house.

Starting in the master suite, you’ll notice we completely redid the tub deck. We kept the tub in the same spot but fixed the framing and added new Happy Floors tile. We opened up everything in the master bath and added a chandelier to make the space lighter. While the master bath has tile for its flooring, a wood floor stretches into the bedroom. This wood floor replaces an old, laminate floating floor.

You’ll notice a huge transformation in the main living area. Where a wall once was separated the kitchen from the living room, now an open space seamlessly joins the two spaces together. Elmwood Fine Custom Cabinetry make up the cabinets here.

In the guest bath, there used to be a tub, similar to what was in the master. We replaced this tub and installed a new shower, again with Happy Floors tile. James Martin Vanities are both here in the guest bath, as well as in the master.
