Fourteen floors up is a unit showcasing our a project we completed in the Ritz. The electric fireplace returns here but in two separate places. What was a bare wall in the living room is now a modern floating fireplace surround constructed out of Venetian plaster. The interior of the fireplace is painted flat black.

The same icy fireplace surround is in the den. There are a couple of additional touches here though. The floating shelves are Elmwood Custom Cabinetry with a bright white aqua gloss finish. 3D decorative wall panels were installed on the back wall above the fireplace. These wall panels run from corner to corner and from the top of fireplace to the bottom of the soffit.
