Once a budget is established, we would recommend speaking to a professional in the line of work you are wanting. It is also highly recommended you do your research on that said company. Are they licensed? Do they have credible reviews? Are they a contractor licensed in the state you are living in to preform things like moving plumbing or electrical? Even demolition on a project usually can’t start without a permit. Are they insured? Do they use sub-contractors?

Picking your contractor is one of the most critical aspects of any remodel or build. A handyman usually doesn’t have the credentials to do things needed to produce a full-scale remodel. Every detail must smoothly come together so that the project is not overwhelming at completion. We love the details.
