Precision & Engineering
The Elmwood Engineering team handles all programming for the various CNC equipment in the plant, including sophisticated material optimization.
Precision Cutting: Drilling patterns and cutting are programmed per individual cabinet for every order.
Structural Integrity: Cabinets are assembled using hardwood fluted dowels and the highest-grade materials available to ensure a product that lasts a lifetime.

Preparation to the wood with a good selection and hand sanding is key to the start of every amazing finish. Elmwood consolidates all parts for an order and finish them at the same time, making sure all components enter the booth together.

Order Processing System
For over 20 years Elmwood has been using an industry leading order entry software that is proprietary and constantly evolving and improving. Projects can be quoted and ordered on this system, along with controlling the workflow of the order from its inception to its delivery. The system creates accurate pricing and a robust tracking system to follow each order through the whole process.
