Our Sarasota 3,000-square foot design center helps you visualize what kind of remodel you’re thinking of and gives you a chance to have an introduction and a conversation with a designer. This is a great starting point of the working relationship. Through the introduction here in our showroom (pictured below), we go into why you’re looking to remodel.

After that initial conversation about the remodeling process, we go into the details of looking at the overall investment you’re willing to make. Once we go through that introduction, we schedule a time to come out to your home and look at the project. We’re then able to get a little more specific toward that investment.
It’s extremely helpful for us as designers and contractors to see your overall environment because it helps us understand your taste and your style so we can make sure the overall design flows nicely throughout the home. Once we’re finished with that and we’re both in agreement, we can start having fun with the design process of selecting out all of your specifications of materials such as your countertops and cabinetry.
Spending that extra time with you up front to nail down those extra details sets us apart from other remodeling companies in Sarasota. Once we get to that point of the design process with you, we’re doing all of the drawings, we’re making all of the selections, and then we’re putting it all into the contract so that everyone knows what’s happening up front. We’re eliminating those question marks as much as possible from the start of the remodeling process.
